Directions for use
Age: From 3 years old (also suitable for the whole family).
Daily dose
Children (from 3 years old): 1 chewable tablet per day.
Adults: 2 chewable tablets per day.
Each box contains 60 chewable tablets.
Use: Take one chewable tablet per day, ideally at the same time, to easily integrate it into your child's daily routine. Thanks to premium liposomal iron Liposovit®, Kids Iron can be taken with or without meals and offers excellent digestive tolerance. For children under 6 years old, crush the tablet into a fine powder before use.
Our Kids Iron can be combined with other products from the Nuré Nutrition range. As a precaution, we recommend spacing the intake of Iron and other supplements by approximately two hours. Iron can indeed hinder the proper absorption of certain nutrients such as magnesium or zinc, even if the liposomal form limits these interactions.

Instead, we have opted for organic coconut sugar, a natural alternative rich in fiber and nutrients, with a low glycemic index. Each tablet contains only 0.2g of coconut sugar, thus offering a low sugar content while still providing a slight touch of sweetness.
