Age: 4-12 years
Dosage:
Kids Multi Complex: 2 chewable tablets per day.
Kids Immunity Support: 1 chewable tablet daily.
Tip: If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can crush them into powder and mix them with yogurt or any other food.
Kids Vegan Omega-3
Age: 3-12 years
Dosage: Five half-pipettes per day. The pipette will automatically fill halfway, repeat the operation five times.
Tips: You can pour the oil on a spoon and give it directly to your child, its neutral taste is generally well accepted. If the texture does not suit him, you can mix the oil with foods such as yogurt or any other dish. It should not be too hot in order to preserve the quality of the omega-3.

Does my child need dietary supplements if their diet is balanced?

Why didn't you make Gummies?
At Nuré, we advise against using gummies for several reasons. First, they are composed ofmore than 80% fillers (gelling agents, sugars, sweeteners...), leaving little room for the activeingredients. This results in the use of chemically inferior forms of vitamins, which take upless space but are poorly absorbed by the body. Additionally, gummies are often rich inadditives, colorants, and artificial flavors, some of which are considered endocrine disruptors,which should be avoided, especially for growing children.Finally, because they resemble candy, gummies are frequently associated withoverconsumption and overdosing incidents, which can be harmful.

How should I give the supplements from the Nuré Nutrition Complete Pack to my child(ren)?
The Kids Multi Complex and the Kids Immunity Support come in chewable tablets made from almond powder, specially designed for children. The recommended dosage for the Multi Complex is 2 tablets per day, while for the Immunity Support it is 1 tablet per day. If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can grind them into powder and mix them with yogurt or any other food.
Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 comes in oil form with a pipette for precise dosing. To use, simply fill the pipette halfway and repeat the operation 5 times to reach the recommended daily dose. You can pour the oil onto a spoon and give it directly to your child, its neutral taste is generally well accepted. If the texture does not suit your child, you can mix the oil with foods such as yogurt or other dishes, provided that they are not too hot, in order to preserve the quality of the omega-3.
How often can I give the Nuré Nutrition Complete Pack products to my child?
The products in the Nuré Complete Pack have been designed to be used alongside each other.
Kids Multi Complex: This supplement is designed for daily use throughout the year. It is carefully formulated to meet your child's nutritional needs without overloading their body.
Kids Vegan Omega-3: If your child does not regularly eat fattyfish (such as sardines, mackerel or herring), it is recommended to give our Omega-3 oil daily, providing the recommended daily intake of DHA. If your child eats one portion of fatty fish per week, you can supplement their DHA intake by using our Omega-3 oil four times per week.
Kids Immunity Support: This supplement is ideal as a 3-month treatment (2 pots) to strengthen your child's immune system, especially during seasonal changes. It can also be used at any time of the year when additional immune support is needed, such as during winter viruses.
Can I give the Nuré Complete Pack products to my child under 4 years old?
You can give our Kids Multi Complex and Kids Immunity Support to children from the age of 3 years, provided they can chew well. If your child has difficulty chewing, you can crush the chewable tablet into powder and mix it with yoghurt or any other food. Our Kids Vegan Omega3 is formulated to be given from 1 year, only if your child is no longer consuming breast milk or formula which already contains DHA, so additional supplementation is not necessary.
Are the products in the Nuré Complete Pack sugar-free?
Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 Oil is sugar-free and free of artificial sweeteners.
Our Kids Multi Complex and Kids Immunity Support are free from refined sugar and artificial sweeteners. Instead, we use coconut sugar, a natural alternative that is high in fibre and nutrients and has a low glycemic index. Each tablet contains just 0.2g of coconut sugar, providing minimal sugar while adding a pleasant sweetness.
Are the products in the Nuré Complete Pack vegan?
Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 Oil is 100% vegan and made entirely from plant-based ingredients, including pure microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.), which are a sustainable and rich source of DHA. In addition, the formula includes organic chia oil and rapeseed oil, providing a plant-based source of ALA Omega-3 fatty acids, ensuring optimal Omega 3 intake. Our Kids Multi Complex and Kids Immunity Support are vegetarian but not vegan, as both products contain vitamin D3 from lanolin, which is derived from wool fat.
Do the products in the Nuré Complete Pack contain allergens?
Our Kids Multi Complex and Kids Immunity Support products both contain ALMONDS. However, they are free from gluten, lactose and soy.
Our vegan omega-3 oil for kids is free from common allergens including gluten, lactose, soy and nuts.
Can my child take Nuré Nutrition supplements while taking medication?
Our products can generally be taken in addition to medication. However, it is always recommended to consult your doctor before combining food supplements with medication, to ensure that they are suitable for your child's specific needs.
