Dosage:
Kids Multi Complex & Kids Immunity Support: 2 chewable tablets per day (60 chewable tablets per jar). Both products can be taken together.
Tips: If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can crush them into a powder and mix them into yogurt or any other food.
Kids Vegan Omega-3 (lemon)
Age: From 1 year old
Dosage: Five half-pipettes per day (20 servings per bottle). The pipette will automatically fill halfway; repeat the process five times.
Tips: You can pour the oil onto a spoon and give it directly to your child. If they do not like the texture, you can mix the oil into foods such as yogurt or any other dish. The food should not be too hot in order to preserve the quality of the omega-3s.
Kids Vit. D3 + K2
Age: From 1 year old
Dosage: 2 to 8 drops per day as needed (500 drops per bottle)

Kids Cacao Magnesium

Dosage: 1 measuring scoop per day (20 doses per doypack).
Tips: Mix the powder into a little warm milk or water. You can add a spoonful of cocoa powder from home to intensify the flavor. For optimal absorption and better efficacy, it is recommended to take Kids Cacao Magnesium in the evening, after a meal.
Kids Iron
Age: From 3 years old
Dosage: 1 chewable tablet per day (60 chewable tablets per box).
Tips: For children under 6, crush the tablet into a fine powder and mix it into applesauce or yogurt. Kids Iron can be taken with or without food.
Timing: As a precaution, take Kids Iron about 2 hours apart from the other supplements in the pack. Iron can interfere with the absorption of certain nutrients such as magnesium or zinc, even though the liposomal form limits these interactions.
The products in this pack: Kids Multi Complex, Kids Immunity Support, Kids Vegan Omega-3 (lemon), Kids Vitamin D3 + K2, Kids Probiotics, and Kids Cacao Magnesium can be taken together safely. Kids Iron is taken separately, about 2 hours apart.
Combining them optimizes the intake of essential vitamins and nutrients, thereby supporting your child's immunity, bone growth, and general well-being.
Note: Kids Multi Complex and Kids Immunity Support each contain 200 IU of vitamin D3.

Does my child need dietary supplements if they have a balanced diet?

Why didn't you make gummies?
At Nuré, we advise against using gummies for several reasons. Firstly, they are composed of over 80% fillers (gelling agents, sugars, sweeteners...), leaving little room for active ingredients. This leads to the use of lower-quality vitamin forms, which take up less space but are much less well-absorbed by the body.
Furthermore, gummies are often rich in additives, colorants, and artificial flavorings, some of which are considered endocrine disruptors that should be avoided, particularly in growing children. Finally, because they resemble candy, gummies are frequently associated with incidents of overconsumption and overdose, which can be harmful.

Does my child need iron?

What do the products in the Nuré Complete Pack taste like?
The Kids Multi Complex incorporates natural red fruit flavors, while Kids Immunity Support contains natural cherry flavors. Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 oil (lemon) has a light, natural lemon taste, with no fishy flavor or smell. It can be taken directly by the spoonful or mixed into any food preparation.
Our Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 is made with organic extra virgin olive oil, which is naturally rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, giving it a mild and authentic taste. Finally, Kids 10 Billion Probiotics, which has a neutral taste and contains no flavorings, colorings, sugar, or sweeteners, comes in mini-capsules. How should I give the Nuré nutrition Complete Pack supplements to my child(ren)?
The Kids Multi Complex and Kids Immunity Support come as almond-powder-based chewable tablets, specially designed for children. The recommended dosage for Kids Multi Complex and Cherry Kids Immunity Support is 2 tablets per day. If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can crush them into a powder and mix them into yogurt or any other food.
Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 (lemon) comes in oil form with a pipette for precise dosing. To use it, simply fill the pipette halfway and repeat 5 times to reach the recommended daily dose. You can pour the oil onto a spoon and give it directly to your child.
If they do not like the texture, you can mix the oil into foods such as yogurt or other dishes, provided they are not too hot, in order to preserve the quality of the omega-3s.
Our Kids Vitamin D3+K2 is provided as an oil with a dropper pipette for simple and precise dosing. To use it, hold the bottle at a slight angle and let the number of drops corresponding to the desired dose fall directly onto a spoon or into your child's mouth. You can also mix the drops into lukewarm or cold food (yogurt, mashed food, vegetables, pasta, etc.).
Intake per number of drops:
The Kids 10 Billion Probiotics is provided in mini-capsule form. The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, ideally taken on an empty stomach, 15 to 30 minutes before breakfast. From age 6, the capsule can be swallowed with water or opened and mixed into applesauce, yogurt, or a cold/lukewarm drink.
The Kids Cacao Magnesium comes in the form of organic cocoa powder. The recommended dosage is 1 measuring scoop per day, ideally in the evening, mixed with lukewarm plant-based or dairy milk.

Our children's supplements are formulated with the utmost care to avoid refined sugars and artificial sweeteners, which are not recommended for children.
Kids Vegan Omega-3 (lemon), Kids Vit. D3+K2, and Kids 10 Billion Probiotics are completely free of sugar and artificial sweeteners.
Kids Multi Complex, Kids Immunity Support, Kids Iron, and Kids Cacao Magnesium contain no refined sugar or sweeteners. Instead, we use organic coconut blossom sugar.
Each serving contains 0.28g for Kids Immunity Support, 0.20g for Kids Multi Complex, 0.20g for Kids Iron, and 0.29g for Kids Cacao Magnesium.
Are the products in the Nuré Complete Pack vegan?
Kids Vegan Omega-3 (lemon), Kids Iron and Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 are 100% vegan.
Kids Cacao Magnesium is also composed exclusively of plant-based ingredients.
