Directions for use
Kids Multi Complex & Kids Immunity Support
Age: 3–12 years
Dosage: Take 2 chewable tablets per day. The two products can be taken together.
Directions for use: If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can crush them into a powder and mix it with yoghurt or any other food.
Kids 10 Billion Probiotics
Age: From 1 year old
Dosage: Take 1 mini-capsule per day (30 capsules per jar).
Directions for use: Open the capsule and mix the contents into a cold or lukewarm food or drink, or swallow the capsule whole (from 6 years old).
Kids Vitamin D3 + K2
Age: 1–120 years
Dosage: Take 3 to 12 drops per day, depending on individual needs.
Each serving provides:
- 3 drops: 220 IU vitamin D3 and 16.5 µg vitamin K2
- 6 drops: 440 IU vitamin D3 and 33 µg vitamin K2
- 9 drops: 660 IU vitamin D3 and 49.5 µg vitamin K2
- 12 drops: 880 IU vitamin D3 and 66 µg vitamin K2
Directions for use: Add the drops directly into your child’s mouth if they enjoy the taste of olive oil, or mix them into a meal or dessert.
Using the products in this pack together
All the products in this pack, the Kids Immunity Support, the Kids Multi Complex, the Kids Probiotics, and the Kids Vitamin D3 + K2, can be taken together safely. Their combined use optimises the intake of essential vitamins and nutrients, supporting your child’s immunity, bone growth, and overall well-being.
Note: Both Kids Multi Complex and Kids Immunity Support each contain 200 IU of vitamin D3. If your child takes only one of these two complexes, add 6 to 9 drops of Vitamin D3 + K2. If your child takes both, add 3 to 6 drops.

Does my child need nutritional supplements if he has a balanced diet?
Despite our best efforts as parents, many children do not enjoy a sufficiently varied and balanced diet. In addition, factors such as intensive farming, long transport times, poor storage conditions, overcooking and food processing contribute to the gradual depletion of essential nutrients in the food we eat. A quality food supplement can help compensate for these nutrient losses, thus providing valuable nutritional support. If you are hesitant about giving your child a food supplement, we recommend that you consult a doctor or nutritionist for personalized professional advice.
Why didn't you make Gummies?
At Nuré, we advise against the use of gummies for several reasons. First, they are composed of more than 80% bulking agents (gelling agents, sugars, sweeteners, etc.), leaving little room for active ingredients. This results in the use of less qualitative forms of vitamins, which take up less space but are much less well absorbed by the body. In addition, gummies are often rich in additives, artificial colors and flavors, some of which are considered endocrine disruptors, which should be avoided, especially in growing children. Finally, because they look like candy, gummies are frequently associated with incidents of overconsumption and overdose, which can be harmful.

The recommended dosage for both Multi Complex and Kids Immunity Support Cherry is 2 tablets per day. If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can crush them into a powder and mix it with yoghurt or any other food.
Our Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 comes in an oil form with a dropper pipette, allowing for simple and precise dosing. To use, hold the bottle at a slight angle and let the desired number of drops fall directly onto a spoon or into your child’s mouth. You can also mix the drops into a cold or lukewarm food such as yoghurt, purée, vegetables, or pasta.

The Kids Multi Complex: This supplement is designed for daily use throughout the year. It is carefully formulated to meet your child's nutritional needs without overloading their body.
The Kids Immunity Support: This supplement is ideal for a 3-month course to support your child's immune system, especially during seasonal changes. It can also be used at any time of year when extra immune support is needed, such as during winter viruses.
The Kids Vit. D3 + K2: To be taken daily from September to April, and throughout the year in case of insufficient sun exposure.
The Kids 10 Billion Probiotics is a probiotic supplement suitable for children from the age of 1. Easy to use, it comes in mini-capsules. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day: to be swallowed from the age of 6 or opened to mix its contents into a cold or lukewarm drink, compote, or yogurt. Thanks to its neutral taste and the absence of flavors, sugars, or sweeteners, it is easily integrated into the daily diet. A course of 1 to 3 months is recommended to effectively support the intestinal microbiota and promote harmonious digestion in children, while supporting their immunity.
Can I give the products in the IMMUNITY+ PACK to my child under 3 years old?
Our food supplements for children are suitable for different ages and needs:
We do not recommend giving the Kids Multi Complex or the Kids Immunity Support to a child under 3 years of age without consulting your doctor.
The Kids 10 Billion Probiotics can be used from the age of 1. The mini-capsule can be opened and mixed with a cold or lukewarm drink, compote, or yogurt. From the age of 6, children can swallow it whole.
Are the products in the IMMUNITY+ PACK sugar-free?
Our children's supplements are carefully formulated to avoid refined sugars and artificial sweeteners not recommended for children.
Our Kids Immunity Support and Kids Multi Complex do not contain refined sugar. Instead, we use organic coconut blossom sugar, a natural alternative rich in fiber and nutrients, with a low glycemic index. Each tablet contains only 0.28g (for the Kids Immunity Support) and 0.20g (for the Kids Multi Complex) of coconut blossom sugar, providing low sugar content while adding a touch of sweetness.

Are the supplements in the IMMUNITY+ PACK vegan?
Our Kids Immunity Support, Kids Multi Complex, and Kids 10 Billion Probiotics are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans, as they contain vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) derived from lanolin.
Do the products in the IMMUNITY+ PACK contain allergens?
Our children's range has been designed to meet nutritional needs while respecting specific diets:
- The Kids Immunity Support and The Kids Multi Complex products contain ALMONDS but are free of gluten, lactose, and soy.
- The Kids 10 Billion Probiotics are also gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free and nut-free, making them easy to incorporate into a varied diet, even in cases of food intolerances.
Can my child take the Nuré Nutrition supplements while taking medication?
Our products can generally be taken in addition to medication. However, it is always recommended to consult your doctor before combining food supplements with medication, to ensure that they are suitable for your child's specific needs.
