Kids Saffron + Vit. B & C
Age: From 4 years old
Dosage: 1 chewable tablet per day. It can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.
Tips: Make sure your child knows how to chew properly. Before the age of 6, the tablet can be crushed into powder before eating.
Kids Multi Complex
Age: 3-12 years
Dosage: 2 chewable tablets per day. It can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.

Kids Cocoa Magnesium
Age: 3+ years
Dosage: 1 measuring spoon per day
Tips: Mix the powder into a little warm plant-based milk or water. You can add a spoonful of cocoa powder you have at home to enhance the flavor. For optimal absorption and greater effectiveness, it is recommended to take Kids Cacao Magnesium in the evening, after a meal.
Kids Vegan Omega-3
Age: 1-12 years
Dosage: Five half-pipettes per day. The pipette will automatically fill halfway; repeat the operation five times.
Tips: You can pour the oil onto a spoon and give it directly to your child, as its neutral taste is generally well-received. If they don't like the texture, you can mix the oil into foods like yogurt or other dishes. It shouldn't be too hot to preserve the quality of the omega-3s.
Kids 10 Billion Probiotics
Age : From 1 year old.
Dosage : 1 mini-capsule per day (30 capsules per jar).
Tips: Open the capsule and mix its contents into food or a cold or lukewarm drink, or swallow the capsule (from 6 years old).
Recommended duration of use : 1 to 3 months.

Kids Cacao Magnesium is formulated with organic cacao. Its delicious chocolate-flavored powder mixes easily with water or a plant-based drink, for simple and enjoyable integration into the daily routine.
Kids Vegan Omega-3 has a relatively neutral taste, with no fishy flavor or smell. It can be taken directly by the spoonful or mixed into food.
Kids 10 Billion Probiotics , with a neutral taste, comes in mini-capsules. They can be swallowed from age 6 or opened to mix their contents into a cold or warm drink, applesauce, or yogurt.

How should I give the Zen Balance Pack supplements to my child(ren)?
Kids Saffron +Vit. B & C comes in the form of chewable tablets made with almond powder and specially adapted to children's chewing abilities. The recommended dose is one tablet per day, to be taken at any time of day. Establishing a routine by choosing a fixed time helps prevent forgetting. For children who prefer not to chew, the tablet can be crushed and mixed with yogurt or any other soft food.
Kids Multi Complex comes in the form of chewable almond powder tablets, specially formulated for children. The recommended dosage for Multi Complex is 2 tablets per day. If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can crush them into a powder and mix them with yogurt or other food.
Kids Cacao Magnesium comes in the form of organic cocoa powder, making it easy to incorporate into your child's daily routine. The recommended dosage is one scoop per day. Ideally consumed in the evening to promote relaxation and well-being, it can be mixed with a little warm plant-based milk or water to prepare a smooth and comforting cocoa.
Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 comes in oil form with a dropper for precise dosing. To use it, simply fill the dropper halfway and repeat 5 times to reach the recommended daily dose. You can pour the oil onto a spoon and give it directly to your child; its neutral taste is generally well-received. If the texture is not to their liking, you can mix the oil into foods such as yogurt or other dishes, provided they are not too hot, in order to preserve the quality of the omega-3s.
Kids 10 Billion Probiotics is a food supplement specially formulated for children. Presented in easy-to-swallow mini-capsules, it helps maintain a healthy gut flora from a young age. The recommended dose is one capsule per day, ideally taken on an empty stomach, 15 to 30 minutes before breakfast. For children under 6, the capsule can be opened and mixed with applesauce, yogurt, or a cold or lukewarm drink. From age 6 and up, the capsule can be swallowed with water. Its neutral taste and absence of additives make it a convenient way to support children’s gut microbiota and digestive well-being.
How often can I give the products from the Zen & Balance Pack to my child?
The products in the Zen & Balance Pack were designed to be used together.
Kids Saffron Vit. B & C: This supplement can be taken year round. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
Kids Multi Complex: This supplement is designed for daily use throughout the year. It is carefully formulated to meet your child's nutritional needs without overloading their system.
Kids Cacao Magnesium: This supplement is designed for daily use throughout the year. Its formula, based on organic cacao and enriched with magnesium, natural fibers, and vitamin C, easily integrates into your child's diet thanks to its powder format, which is simple to mix with warm plant-based milk.
Kids Vegan Omega-3: If your child doesn't regularly eat oily fish (such as salmon, sardines, mackerel, or herring), it's recommended to give them our omega-3 oil daily, providing the recommended daily intake of DHA. If your child eats one serving of oily fish per week, you can supplement their DHA intake by using our Omega-3 oil four times a week.

To be taken daily from September to April, and throughout the year in case of insufficient sun exposure.
Kids 10 Billion Probiotics is a probiotic supplement suitable for children from 1 year old. Easy to use, it comes in the form of mini-capsules. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day: to be swallowed from 6 years old or opened to mix the contents into a cold or warm drink, applesauce, or yogurt. Thanks to its neutral taste and the absence of artificial flavors, sugars, or sweeteners, it easily integrates into a daily diet. A course of 1 to 3 months is recommended to effectively support the gut microbiota and promote healthy digestion in children, while also supporting their immune system.
Can the Zen & Balance Pack be given to a child under 4 years old?
Our children's food supplements are adapted to different ages and needs:
- It is not recommended to give Kids Safran Vit. B&C to a child under 4 years old.
- We do not recommend administering Kids Multi Complex and Kids Cacao+ Magnesium to a child under 3 years of age without the advice of your attending physician.
- Kids Vegan Omega-3 is recommended from 1 year old, if the child no longer consumes infant formula, as these already provide DHA, you can supplement the intake to reach 250 mg daily.
- Kids 10 Billion Probiotics can be used from 1 year old. The mini-capsule can be opened and mixed with a cold/warm drink, applesauce, or yogurt. From 6 years old, the child can swallow it whole.
Are the products in the Zen & Balance Pack sugar-free?
Our children's supplements are formulated with the utmost care to avoid refined sugars and artificial sweeteners, which are not recommended for children.
- Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 and our Kids 10 Billion Probiotics are completely free of sugar and artificial sweeteners.
- Our Kids Saffron, Kids Cocoa Magnesium, and Kids Multi Complex contain no refined sugar or sweeteners. Instead, we use organic coconut blossom sugar, a naturally fiber- and nutrient-rich alternative with a low glycemic index. Each serving contains only 0.4g (for Kids Saffron), 0.29g (for Kids Cocoa Magnesium), and 0.20g (for Kids Multi Complex) of coconut blossom sugar, providing a low sugar content while still offering a touch of sweetness.
Are the products in the Zen & Balance Pack vegan?
All products are vegan, except for Kids Multi Complex and our Kids 10 Billion Probiotics , which contain vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from lanolin; therefore, they are suitable for vegetarian diets, but not for vegan diets.
