Age: from 4 years
Dosage: Give your child 1 chewable tablet per day (45 chewable tablets per jar). It can be taken at any time of the day, with or without meals.
Tips: Ensure your child is able to chew or crunch well. Before the age of 6, the tablet can be crushed into a powder before ingestion.
Kids Multi Complex
Age: from 3 years
Dosage: Give 2 chewable tablets per day (60 chewable tablets per jar). It can be taken at any time of the day, with or without meals.

Kids Cacao Magnesium
Age: from 3 years
Dosage: 1 measuring spoon per day (20 doses per doypack).
Tips: Mix the powder into a little warm plant-based milk or water. You can add a spoonful of cocoa powder from home to intensify the flavor. For optimal absorption and better effectiveness, it is recommended to take Kids Cacao Magnesium in the evening, after a meal.
Kids Vegan Omega-3 - lemon
Age: From 1 year
Dosage: Five half-pipettes per day (20 servings per bottle). The pipette will fill halfway automatically; repeat the process five times.
Tips: You can pour the oil onto a spoon and give it directly to your child. If the texture does not suit them, you can mix the oil into foods such as yogurt or any other dish. This should not be too hot in order to preserve the quality of the omega-3s.
Kids 10 Billion Probiotics
Age: From 1 year
Dosage: 1 mini-capsule per day (30 capsules per jar).
Tips: Open the capsule and mix its contents into a cold or lukewarm food or drink, or swallow the capsule (from 6 years old).

Kids Cacao Magnesium comes in the form of organic cocoa powder, easy to incorporate into children's daily routine. The recommended dosage is 1 measuring scoop per day. Ideally consumed in the evening to promote relaxation and well-being, it can be mixed with any type of warm milk (plant-based or dairy) to prepare a smooth and comforting cocoa.

Kids Multi Complex: this supplement is designed for daily use throughout the year. It is carefully formulated to meet your child's nutritional needs without overloading their system.
Kids Cocoa Magnesium: this supplement is designed for daily use throughout the year. Its organic cocoa-based formula, enriched with magnesium, natural fibers, and vitamin C, easily integrates into your child's dietary routine thanks to its powder format, which is simple to mix into warm milk, whether plant-based or dairy.
Kids Vegan Omega-3 (lemon): if your child does not regularly consume fatty fish (such as salmon, sardines, mackerel, or herring), it is recommended to give them our omega-3 oil daily, providing the recommended daily dose of DHA. If your child eats one serving of fatty fish per week, you can supplement their DHA intake by using our Omega-3 oil four times a week.

Our children's supplements are formulated with the utmost care to avoid refined sugars and artificial sweeteners, which are not recommended for children.
Each serving contains only 0.4g (for the Kids Saffron), 0.29g (for the Kids Cacao Magnesium), and 0.20g (for the Kids Multi Complex) of coconut blossom sugar, thus offering a low sugar content while providing a touch of sweetness.
Are the Zen Balance Pack products vegan?
All products are vegan, with the exception of the Kids Multi Complex and our Kids 10 Billion Probiotics, which contain vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) derived from lanolin; they are therefore suitable for vegetarian diets, but not for vegan diets.
