Vitamin B6 : A water-soluble B-group vitamin, also known as pyridoxine, which plays an essential role in amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and proper nervous system function. We use an active form of B6:P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), which is highly bioavailable and directly usable by the body.
Vitamin B9 : A water-soluble B-group vitamin, also known as folic acid or folates, essential for DNA synthesis, red blood cell formation, and nervous system development. We use a patented Quatrefolic® form of vitamin B9, corresponding to 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the biologically active form of folate that is directly usable by the body without the need for metabolic conversion.
Vitamin B12 : A water-soluble B-group vitamin, also known as cobalamin, required for red blood cell formation, nervous system function, and cellular metabolism. We use a biologically active Methylcobalamin form of vitamin B12, which is highly bioavailable and directly usable by the body.
Vitamin C : A water-soluble vitamin, also known as ascorbic acid, essential for normal body function, involved notably in collagen synthesis, protection against oxidative stress, and proper immune system function. We use a liposomal form, in which the ascorbic acid is encapsulated in liposomes (lipid vesicles) designed to improve its bioavailability and absorption by the body.

Directions for use
Age: From 4 years old
Ensure your child is able to chew or crunch well. Before the age of 6, the tablet can be crushed into a powder before ingestion.
Dosage: Give 1 chewable tablet per day to your child. It can be taken at any time of the day, with or without meals.
Use: Our Kids Saffron Vitamins B & C can be taken continuously and combined with all other Nuré products.
Precautions for use:
This supplement should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by people undergoing antidepressant treatment. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep it in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of young children. In case of doubt, seek advice from your doctor.

Kids Safran Vit. B&C comes in the form of chewable tablets, made with almond powder and specially adapted to children's chewing abilities. The recommended dose is one tablet per day, to be taken at any time of the day. Establishing a routine by choosing a fixed time helps prevent missed doses. For children who prefer not to chew, the tablet can be crushed and mixed into yogurt or any other soft food.
