Directions for use
Age: 3-12 years
Dosage: 5 half-pipettes or 1 teaspoon per day.
20 servings per bottle.
Usage: Incorporate this product into your child's daily diet. Its neutral taste allows it to be taken alone or mixed with foods such as yogurt any other dish.
How often? Our Omega-3 oil provides the recommended daily dose of 250mg of DHA. If your child does not regularly eat small fatty fish such as sardines, mackerel or herring, it is recommended to give our Omega-3 oil daily throughout the year. However, if your child eats one portion of fatty fish per week, you can supplement their DHA intake by using our Omega-3 oil three times per week.

This product is also suitable for adults: Daily dose of 2 teaspoons or 10 half-pipettes per day.

How do I know if my child needs Omega3?
Omega-3s, especially DHA, are essential for your child's brain development. To meet their omega-3 needs, they should eat 2-3 servings of oily fish such as salmon, sardines, mackerel or herring each week. If this recommendation is met, a supplement is not necessary. If your child only eats one serving of oily fish per week, you can supplement with 1 serving of our Omega-3 oil, 4 times per week. If your child does not eat oily fish or only occasionally, a daily serving of our Omega-3 oil will ensure they have an optimal intake of omega-3s.
How to take the Kids Vegan Omega3?
Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 comes in an oil form with a dropper for precise dosing. To use, fill the dropper halfway (empty the dropper completely by pressing the rubber tip, place the glass dropper in the bottle and hold it down, then release. It will automatically fill halfway, that’s 1 dose). Repeat 5 times to get the recommended daily dose. You can pour the oil directly onto a teaspoon and give it to your child — its neutral taste is generally well-accepted. If the texture is a problem, the oil can easily be mixed into foods like yogurt or other dishes, as long as they are not too hot, to preserve the quality of the omega-3s
How often can I give the Kids Vegan Omega3 to my child?
If your child only eats one portion of fatty fish per week, you can give them 1 dose of our Omega3 oil four times a week. If they don't eat fatty fish or only eat it occasionally, you can give them a dose every day to ensure they get the necessary amount of Omega-3.
How should I store the Kids Vegan Omega3 oil after opening?
Once opened, it's best to store the oil in the refrigerator to prevent oxidation of the Omega-3s. This helps protect the oil from heat and light, ensuring its freshness.
Does Kids Vegan Omega3 contain fish oil?
No, our Kids Vegan Omega-3 does not contain fish oil. The DHA in our formula is derived from a microalgae called Schizochytrium, while the ALA comes from chia oil and organic rapeseed oil. This makes our product suitable for both vegetarian and vegan diets as well.
What does Kids Vegan Omega3 taste like?
Our Kids Vegan Omega3 oil has a neutral taste, without a fishy taste or artificial additives. It can be taken directly from the spoon or mixed into any food preparation.
Does the Kids Vegan Omega3 contain sugar?
No, our Vegan Omega3 oil is free from sugar, colorants, and artificial flavors. We’ve formulated it to be as pure as possible, minimizing the risk of Omega-3 oxidation, which could otherwise compromise its quality.

From what age can I give Kids Vegan Omega3 to my child?
You can give the Kids Vegan Omega3 starting at age 1, but only if your child is no longer consuming breast milk or infant formula as they already contains DHA, so additional supplementation is not needed. For this reason, we decided to indicate 3 years old on our packaging.
Can my child take the Kids Vegan Omega3 while taking medication?
The Kids Vegan Omega3 can generally be taken alongside medication. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor before combining any supplements with medication, to ensure it is safe for your child's specific needs.
