Directions for use
Age: 4-12 years.
Dosage: 2 chewable tablets per day (60 chewable tablets per jar).
Give your child 2 chewable tablets per day. They can be taken at breakfast, lunch, dinner or any other time of the day.
Usage: Our Multi Complex can be safely taken daily by children all year round. With active ingredients providing 15% to 45% of the NRV* (Vitamin D3 at 100% of the NRV*), it is carefully formulated to meet your child's nutritional needs without overloading their body. The premium, naturally derived ingredients are easily absorbed and gentle on their digestion, providing effective and balanced support.

Does my child need dietary supplements if their diet is balanced?
Even with our best efforts as parents, many children still do not receive a varied and sufficiently balanced diet. Additionally, factors like intensive farming, long transportation, poor storage conditions, overcooking, and food processing all contribute to the gradual depletion of essential nutrients in the foods we consume. A high-quality dietary supplement can help compensate for these nutrient losses, providing valuable nutritional support. Can I give the Kids Multi Complex to my child under 4 years old?
Yes, it is possible to give Multi Complex to your child from the age of 3, provided they are able to chew well. If this is not the case, you can crush the chewable tablet into powder and mix it into yogurt or (fruits)puree.
How often can I give the Kids Multi Complex to my child?
Our Multi Complex can be taken throughout the year without interruption. With an optimal dosage of its active ingredients, ranging from 15% to 45%* of the Nutritional Reference Values (NRV), it effectively complements the nutritional intake from food while avoiding overloading the body. Being of natural origin, these active ingredients are better absorbed by the body and do not produce excessive waste. *Except for vitamin D, which covers 100% of daily needs since it is scarcely present in food, and children's insufficient sun exposure does not allow for enough synthesis by the body. Therefore, its adequate intake is essential.
Can the Kids Multi Complex be taken with other products in the Nuré range?
Yes the Kids Multi Complex has been designed to be used alongside other products, such as the Kids Vegan Omega3 and the Kids Immunity Support. The vitamin dosage has been carefully calculated to avoid any excess. Even vitamin D, which is dosed at 100% of the Nutritional Reference Values (NRV), can be combined with the one present in the Kids Immunity Support. The NRVs are designed to prevent deficiencies in the general population, but they do not always represent the optimal intake for ideal health, especially concerning vitamin D. However, it is crucial to ensure that the maximum recommended intake of 20 µg of vitamin D per day is not exceeded. The Kids Multi Complex contains 5 µg of vitamin D, while the Kids Immunity Support provides an additional 5 µg, ensuring a safe dosage when used together.
How should I give the Multi Complex to my child?
The Kids Multi Complex comes in a chewable tablet, made with almond powder and designed specifically for children's chewing abilities. The recommended dose is two tablets per day, taken at any time. Establishing a routine by choosing a fixed time can make it easier to remember. If your child prefers not to chew the tablet, you can crush it and mix it into yogurt or other soft foods.
Why didn't you make Gummies?
At Nuré, we advise against using gummies for several reasons. First, they are composed of more than 80% fillers (gelling agents, sugars, sweeteners...), leaving little room for the active ingredients. This results in the use of chemically inferior forms of vitamins, which take up less space but are poorly absorbed by the body. Additionally, gummies are often rich in additives, colorants, and artificial flavors, some of which are considered endocrine disruptors, which should be avoided, especially for growing children.Finally, because they resemble candy, gummies are frequently associated with overconsumption and overdosing incidents, which can be harmful.
Is the Kids Multi Complex vegan?
Our Kids Multi Complex is vegetarian but not vegan, as it contains natural vitamin D3 from lanolin, derived from wool fat.
Does the Kids Multi Complex contain any allergens?
Our Kids Multi Complex contains almonds. However, it does not contain gluten, lactose or soy.
Is the Kids Multi Complex sugar free?
We have chosen not to use artificial sweeteners (which allows the sugar-free label), which can pose long-term health risks, especially for children, as highlighted by the World Health Organization (WHO) in its May 2023 report. Instead, we have chosen coconut sugar, a natural alternative rich in fiber and nutrients, with a low glycemic index. Each tablet contains only 0.2g of coconut sugar, thus offering a low sugar content while providing a slight touch of pleasant sweetness.
Can my child take the Kids Immunity Support while taking medication?
The Kids Multi Complex can usually be taken in combination with medication. However, we always recommend that you consult your doctor before combining any supplements with medication, to ensure that it is safe for your child's specific needs.
What does the Kids Multi Complex taste like?
The Kids Multi Complex has a natural blueberry flavour which, combined with almond powder, gives it a soft fruity taste. It was tested by children of different ages during development, and the final version was widely approved by our young testers.
