What does Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 taste like?
Our Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 is made with organic extra virgin olive oil, naturally rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, which give it its mild and authentic taste.
We chose not to deodorize the olive oil in order to preserve its active compounds — polyphenols and antioxidants — whose health benefits are widely recognized.
If your child enjoys the taste of olive oil, the vitamin can be taken on its own by the spoon or you can simply mix it into food such as purée, yogurt, or applesauce.
Can I give Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 to my child under 1 year old?
Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 can be given to your child from the age of 1. Before this age, it’s best to seek advice from your doctor or a healthcare professional.
How often can I give Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 to my child?
To be taken daily from September to April, and throughout the year if sunlight exposure is insufficient.
Can Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 be taken with other products from the Nuré range?
Yes, Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 can be used together with all other products in the Nuré range.
The vitamins have been carefully dosed to avoid any excess, particularly when it comes to Vitamin D.
If your child is already taking other Nuré products that contain Vitamin D — such as Kids Multi Complex or Kids Immunity Support (each providing 5 µg / 200 IU of Vitamin D) — it is completely safe (and even recommended) to complement their Vitamin D intake with Kids Vitamin D3 + K2.
Just make sure that the total daily intake of Vitamin D does not exceed 25 µg (1000 IU), in line with current recommendations.
How should I give Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 to my child?
Our Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 comes in an oil format with a dropper pipette, making dosing simple and precise.
To use, hold the bottle slightly tilted and let the desired number of drops fall directly onto a spoon or into your child’s mouth.
You can also mix the drops into a lukewarm or cold food such as yogurt, purée, vegetables, or pasta.
