STRAINS
Bifidobacterium lactis : This strain is known to support the immune system, clinical studies have shown that this strain can strengthen the immune response, particularly by increasing the phagocytic activity of monocytes and granulocytes, which improves the body's defense against infections (1)
It also contributes to digestive health by promoting the balance of the intestinal microbiota. It helps restore disturbed intestinal flora, particularly after taking antibiotics, thus reducing associated digestive disorders.
This strain also appears to have high lactase activity, which may help lactose intolerant people better digest dairy products (2)
Finally, research has indicated that Bi-07, in combination with other probiotic strains, can reduce feelings of bloating and abdominal distension in people with functional bowel disorders.
It is also very well tolerated, it has been evaluated for its safety of use, without significant adverse effects, even during prolonged consumption (3)
Bifidobacterium longum subsp. Infantis SD-6720: is a specific variant of Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis, recognized for its beneficial effects on intestinal health, particularly in infants and young children.
By metabolizing HMOs, B. infantis produces SCFAs, mainly acetate, which play an important role in maintaining intestinal health by nourishing epithelial cells and strengthening the intestinal barrier (4)
Studies have shown that B. infantis can modulate the immune response by reducing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, thereby helping to alleviate intestinal inflammation (5)
B. infantis may also help maintain the integrity of the intestinal barrier by strengthening tight junctions between epithelial cells, thereby reducing intestinal permeability (6)
Finally, by efficiently colonizing the intestine, B. infantis can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria by occupying ecological niches and producing antimicrobial substances.
Lactobacillus acidophilus: This probiotic strain is a human-derived bacteria widely studied for its benefits on digestive and immune health.
Preclinical studies have shown that this strain could modulate both innate and adaptive immunity, thereby strengthening the body's immune response (7)
Able to survive the acidic conditions of the stomach and effectively colonize the intestine, it helps maintain the balance of the intestinal microbiota, promoting healthy digestion and reducing digestive disorders.
Finally, this strain produces natural antimicrobial substances that inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, thus helping to protect the body against infections (8)
Lactobacillus gasseri : L. gasseri contributes to the balance of the intestinal microbiota by producing lactic acid, which lowers intestinal pH and inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria. This action promotes healthy digestion and may help prevent certain gastrointestinal disorders.
Studies indicate that L. gasseri may modulate the immune response by stimulating the production of cytokines such as interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interferon gamma (IFN-γ), thereby strengthening the body's defense against infections. (9)
Finally, studies suggest that L. gasseri may have anti-inflammatory effects, including reducing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, which could be beneficial in conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease. (10)
Lactobacillus plantarum LP-115: Lactobacillus plantarum CNCM I-4909 is a specific probiotic strain registered with the National Collection of Microorganism Cultures (CNCM) in France. It is a variant of Lactobacillus plantarum strains.
Lactobacillus plantarum is a lactic acid bacterium found in various environments, including fermented foods and the human gastrointestinal tract.
A meta-analysis of several randomized trials demonstrated that L. plantarum can modulate the immune response by regulating pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines. The results showed a significant increase in interleukin-10 (IL-10) and a decrease in the levels of IL-4, TNF-α, and IFN-γ, suggesting a beneficial anti-inflammatory effect (11)
Studies have shown that some strains of L. plantarum produce antimicrobial substances, such as bacteriocins, capable of inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria (12)
A double-blind, placebo-controlled study examined the survival of L. plantarum 299v in the human gastrointestinal tract. The results showed that this strain could survive the gastrointestinal passage, with a significant increase in the number of lactobacilli in the participants' stools, independent of gastric acid inhibition (13)
These studies highlight the potential beneficial effects of Lactobacillus plantarum on human health. However, it is important to note that effects may vary depending on the specific strains used.
Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG : This is one of the most studied probiotic strains in the world. Isolated in 1983 by Sherwood Gorbach and Barry Goldin, it is recognized for its ability to survive the acidic conditions of the stomach and adhere to the intestinal mucosa. These properties give it beneficial effects on digestive, immune, and other aspects of human health.
Due to the presence of specific pili, it can effectively adhere to the intestinal mucosa, thus promoting a beneficial interaction with the host.
A meta-analysis showed that administration of LGG® significantly reduces the incidence of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children. In one study, the incidence of AAD was 5% in the LGG® group versus 16% in the placebo group (14)
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study evaluated the effect of daily consumption of fermented milk containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG®) on respiratory infections in children attending daycare centers. Daily consumption of milk containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG resulted in a significant reduction in respiratory symptoms. (15)
Finally, LGG® has been associated with a reduction in dental caries in children, probably by inhibiting the growth of cariogenic bacteria such as Streptococcus mutans .

Our Kids 10 Billion Probiotics can be taken from 1 year old. Before 6 years: open the capsule and mix its contents with a cold or a lukewarm drink or food. Its neutral taste allows it to blend perfectly with any drink or food.
Can I give the Kids 10 Billion Probiotics to my child every day?
Yes, Kids 10 Billion Probiotics can be taken daily. A duration of 1 to 3 months is recommended and can be repeated, especially during or after antibiotic use or in case of digestive discomfort.
How should I give the Kids 10 Billion Probiotics to my child?
If your child is old enough (from 6 years old) he or she can swallow the mini capsule with a large glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach. Otherwise, simply open the capsule and pour its contents into a glass of water, drink or into a spoonful of compote or yogurt, or any other lukewarm or cold food.

Yes, it can be taken at the same time as all other Nuré products.
Can I give probiotics while taking antibiotics?
Yes, probiotics are often recommended during and after antibiotic use to help maintain the balance of the gut microbiota, which can be affected by the treatment.
When can I give probiotics to my child?
A 1- to 3-month duration can be beneficial at the start of the season to support the immune system and help maintain a balanced gut microbiota.
Throughout the year, probiotics may be given during and after antibiotic use, in cases of digestive discomfort (such as diarrhea or constipation), increased stress, or chronic conditions.
If the diet is very unbalanced — low in fiber and high in sugar, saturated fats, or ultra-processed foods — probiotic use may be repeated more frequently.
We recommend consulting a healthcare professional to determine the appropriate duration and frequency based on your child’s individual needs.
How long does it take to see the effects of probiotics?
A minimum duration of 1 to 3 months is recommended. It can be repeated several times a year, depending on individual needs (see the previous answer for more details).
