Directions for use
Age: From 1 year old.
Dosage: 1 plant-based mini-capsule per day (30 capsules per jar).
Open the capsule and mix its contents into cold water, lukewarm milk, or swallow the capsule (from 6 years old).

Ingredients & Probiotic Strains
Acacia fibers, plant-base capsule, bamboo powder, probiotics (Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
STRAINS
Bifidobacterium lactis : This strain is known to support the immune system, clinical studies have shown that this strain can strengthen the immune response, particularly by increasing the phagocytic activity of monocytes and granulocytes, which improves the body's defense against infections (1)
It also contributes to digestive health by promoting the balance of the intestinal microbiota. It helps restore disturbed intestinal flora, particularly after taking antibiotics, thus reducing associated digestive disorders.
This strain also appears to have high lactase activity, which may help lactose intolerant people better digest dairy products (2)
Finally, research has indicated that Bi-07, in combination with other probiotic strains, can reduce feelings of bloating and abdominal distension in people with functional bowel disorders.
It is also very well tolerated, it has been evaluated for its safety of use, without significant adverse effects, even during prolonged consumption (3)
Bifidobacterium longum subsp. Infantis SD-6720: is a specific variant of Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis, recognized for its beneficial effects on intestinal health, particularly in infants and young children.
By metabolizing HMOs, B. infantis produces SCFAs, mainly acetate, which play an important role in maintaining intestinal health by nourishing epithelial cells and strengthening the intestinal barrier (4)
Studies have shown that B. infantis can modulate the immune response by reducing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, thereby helping to alleviate intestinal inflammation (5)
B. infantis may also help maintain the integrity of the intestinal barrier by strengthening tight junctions between epithelial cells, thereby reducing intestinal permeability (6)
Finally, by efficiently colonizing the intestine, B. infantis can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria by occupying ecological niches and producing antimicrobial substances.
Lactobacillus acidophilus: This probiotic strain is a human-derived bacteria widely studied for its benefits on digestive and immune health.
Preclinical studies have shown that this strain could modulate both innate and adaptive immunity, thereby strengthening the body's immune response (7)
Able to survive the acidic conditions of the stomach and effectively colonize the intestine, it helps maintain the balance of the intestinal microbiota, promoting healthy digestion and reducing digestive disorders.
Finally, this strain produces natural antimicrobial substances that inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, thus helping to protect the body against infections (8)
Lactobacillus gasseri : L. gasseri contributes to the balance of the intestinal microbiota by producing lactic acid, which lowers intestinal pH and inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria. This action promotes healthy digestion and may help prevent certain gastrointestinal disorders.
Studies indicate that L. gasseri may modulate the immune response by stimulating the production of cytokines such as interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interferon gamma (IFN-γ), thereby strengthening the body's defense against infections. (9)

Lactobacillus plantarum LP-115: Lactobacillus plantarum CNCM I-4909 is a specific probiotic strain registered with the National Collection of Microorganism Cultures (CNCM) in France. It is a variant of Lactobacillus plantarum strains.
Lactobacillus plantarum is a lactic acid bacterium found in various environments, including fermented foods and the human gastrointestinal tract.
A meta-analysis of several randomized trials demonstrated that L. plantarum can modulate the immune response by regulating pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines. The results showed a significant increase in interleukin-10 (IL-10) and a decrease in the levels of IL-4, TNF-α, and IFN-γ, suggesting a beneficial anti-inflammatory effect (11)

Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG : This is one of the most studied probiotic strains in the world. Isolated in 1983 by Sherwood Gorbach and Barry Goldin, it is recognized for its ability to survive the acidic conditions of the stomach and adhere to the intestinal mucosa. These properties give it beneficial effects on digestive, immune, and other aspects of human health.
Due to the presence of specific pili, it can effectively adhere to the intestinal mucosa, thus promoting a beneficial interaction with the host.
A meta-analysis showed that administration of LGG® significantly reduces the incidence of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children. In one study, the incidence of AAD was 5% in the LGG® group versus 16% in the placebo group (14)
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study evaluated the effect of daily consumption of fermented milk containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG®) on respiratory infections in children attending daycare centers. J'ai utilisé ces probiotiques pour mon fils de 3ans, qui a des problèmes de transite car il a une légère intolérance au lait de vache. Une semaine après le début de la prise des probiotiques, il n'avait plus de diarrhée. Qui ont malheureusement repris une semaine après l'arrêt des un mois de traitement, je recommande donc afin de faire 3 mois traitement. Je les recommandes les yeux fermés, en plus ils n'ont pas de goût donc pris facilement par mon fils.
Très facile à incorporer dans le biberon du matin, sans donner de goût donc aucune gêne pour notre petit bout de 18 mois !
Je renouvelle ma commande de probiotiques Nuré les yeux fermés. Je trouve ce produit très adapté à mon fils de 4 ans. A un âge ou l'alimentation devient un peu plus problématique, les gouts s'installent et le tempérament s'affirme, les désordres digestifs apparaissent. Sans gout, il s'absorbe très bien dissimulé dans une boisson. Je complète avec les pastilles vitamines Mutli Complex dont il raffole et les Oméga 3 pour assurer un bon équilibre et palier aux carences.
Mes filles le prennent volontiers et n'ont plus attrapé de gastro :-)
