Directions for use
Kids Multi Complex
Age: 4-12 years
Kids Multi Complex Dosage: 2 chewable tablets per day
Tip: If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can grind them into powder and mix them with yogurt or any other food.
Kids Vegan Omega-3
Age: 3-12 years
Dosage: 5 half-pipettes per day or 1 teaspoon per day.
Tips: You can pour the oil onto a spoon and give it directly to your child, as its neutral taste is generally well accepted. If the texture does not suit him, you can mix the oil into foods such as yogurt or into any dish, as long as it is not too hot to preserve the quality of the omega-3s.

Does my child need nutritional supplements if their diet is balanced?
Even with our best efforts as parents, many children still do not receive a varied and sufficiently balanced diet. Additionally, factors like intensive farming, long transportation, poor storage conditions, overcooking, and food processing all contribute to the gradual depletion of essential nutrients in the foods we consume. A high-quality dietary supplement can help compensate for these nutrient losses, providing valuable nutritional support. Why didn't you make Gummies?
At Nuré, we advise against using gummies for several reasons. First, they are composed ofmore than 80% fillers (gelling agents, sugars, sweeteners...), leaving little room for the active ingredients. This results in the use of chemically inferior forms of vitamins, which take up less space but are poorly absorbed by the body. Additionally, gummies are often rich in additives, colorants, and artificial flavors, some of which are considered endocrine disruptors, which should be avoided, especially for growing children. Finally, because they resemble candy, gummies are frequently associated with overconsumption and overdosing incidents, which can be harmful.

Yes, the products in the Healthy Start Pack, which includes the Kids Multi Complex and Kids Vegan Omega3, can be taken together. These products complement each other perfectly to optimise your child's vitamin and nutrient intake, improving their overall well-being.
What do the Healthy Start Pack products taste like?
The Kids Multi Complex has a natural blueberry flavor. The Kids Vegan Omega3 has a neutral taste, without any fishy flavor or smell. It can be taken directly with a spoon or mixed into any food preparation.
How should I give the Nuré Healthy Start Pack supplements to my child(ren)?
The Kids Multi Complex comes in chewable tablets made with almond powder, specially formulated for children. The recommended dose is two tablets per day. If your child does not like chewing the tablets, you can crush them and mix them with yogurt or other foods to make them easier to swallow.
As for our Kids Vegan Omega-3, it is available in oil form with a pipette for precise dosing. To use, fill the pipette halfway and repeat this 5 times to obtain the recommended daily dose. You can pour the oil directly onto a spoon and give it to your child, its neutral taste is generally well tolerated. If the texture is a problem, you can easily mix the oil into foods such as yogurt or other dishes, making sure they are not too hot to preserve the quality of the omega-3.
How often can I give the Healthy Start pack products to my child?
The products in the Nuré Healthy Start Pack are designed to be used together, providing comprehensive support for your child.
Kids Multi Complex: This supplement is designed for daily use throughout the year. Its carefully balanced formula covers your child's nutritional needs without overloading their body.
Vegan Omega-3 Oil for Kids: If your child does not regularly eat fatty fish (such as sardines, mackerel or herring), it is recommended to give them our Omega-3 oil daily, to provide the optimal dose of 250 mg of DHA. If your child eats one portion of fatty fish per week, you can supplement their DHA intake by giving our Omega-3 oil four times per week.
Can I give the Healthy Start Pack products to my child under 4 years old?
You can give our Kids Multi Complex from the age of 3, provided your child can chew properly. If not, you can crush the chewable tablet into powder and mix it with yoghurt or any other food to make it easier to swallow. Our vegan omega-3 oil is suitable for children from 1 year old, provided your child is no longer breastfed or is not drinking formula, both of which contain sufficient Omega-3.
Are the Healthy Start Pack products sugar free?
Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 Oil is sugar-free and free of artificial sweeteners.
The Kids Multi Complex contains no refined sugar or artificial sweeteners. Instead, we have chosen coconut sugar, a natural alternative rich in fibre and nutrients, with a low glycemic index. Each tablet contains only 0.2g of coconut sugar, thus offering a low sugar content while providing a light touch of pleasant sweetness.
Are the Healthy Start Pack products vegan?
Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 is 100% vegan and made with only plant-based ingredients, including pure microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.), a sustainable and rich source of DHA. The formula also includes organic chia oil and canola oil, which provide plant-based ALA Omega-3 fatty acids, ensuring essential nutrition without any animal-derived ingredients. On the other hand, our Kids Multi Complex is vegetarian but not vegan, as it contains vitamin D3 from lanolin, which is derived from wool. Although perfectly suitable for vegetarian diets, the presence of lanolin prevents this product from being certified vegan.
Do the Healthy Start Pack products contain allergens?
Our Kids Multi Complex contains ALMONDS. However, it is gluten, lactose and soy free. Our vegan omega-3 oil for kids is free from common allergens.
Can my child take Nuré Nutrition supplements while taking medication?
Our products can generally be taken in addition to medication. However, it is always recommended to consult your doctor before combining food supplements with medication, to ensure that they are suitable for your child's specific needs
