Kids Multi Complex
Age: 3-12 years
Dosage:
Kids Multi Complex: 2 chewable tablets per day.
Directions for use: If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can grind them into powder and mix them with yogurt or any other food.
Kids Vitamin D3 + K2
Age:1–120 years
Dosage:Take 3 to 12 drops per day, depending on individual needs.
Each serving provides:- 3 drops: 220 IU vitamin D3 and 16.5 µg vitamin K2
- 6 drops: 440 IU vitamin D3 and 33 µg vitamin K2
- 9 drops: 660 IU vitamin D3 and 49.5 µg vitamin K2
- 12 drops: 880 IU vitamin D3 and 66 µg vitamin K2
Directions for use: Add the drops directly into your child’s mouth if they enjoy the taste of olive oil, or mix them into a meal or dessert.
Kids 10 Billion Probiotics
Age : From 1 year old.
Dosage : 1 mini-capsule per day (30 capsules per jar).
Directions for use: Open the capsule and mix its contents into cold or warm food or drink, or swallow the capsule (from 6 years old).

Does my child need nutritional supplements if he has a balanced diet?
Despite our best efforts as parents, many children do not enjoy a sufficiently varied and balanced diet. In addition, factors such as intensive farming, long transport times, poor storage conditions, overcooking and food processing contribute to the gradual depletion of essential nutrients in the food we eat. A quality food supplement can help compensate for these nutrient losses, thus providing valuable nutritional support. Why didn't you make Gummies?
At Nuré, we advise against the use of gummies for several reasons. First, they are composed of more than 80% bulking agents (gelling agents, sugars, sweeteners, etc.), leaving little room for active ingredients. This results in the use of less qualitative forms of vitamins, which take up less space but are much less well absorbed by the body. In addition, gummies are often rich in additives, artificial colors and flavors, some of which are considered endocrine disruptors, which should be avoided, especially in growing children. Finally, because they look like candy, gummies are frequently associated with incidents of overconsumption and overdose, which can be harmful.

Their formulas complement each other to optimize your child’s intake of essential nutrients, supporting immunity, bone growth, digestion, and overall well-being.
Since Kids Multi Complex already contains 200 IU of vitamin D3, you can complete the daily intake with an additional 400 to 600 IU (equivalent to 6 to 9 drops) of our Kids Vitamin D3 + K2.
What do the products in the HEALTHY ROUTINE PACK taste like?
The Kids Multi Complex has a lovely natural red fruits flavor. Formulated with an organic extra virgin olive oil base, our Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 has a mild, fruity olive oil flavor. It can be taken on its own or added to food.
Finally, the Kids 10 Billion Probiotics, with a neutral taste and no flavoring, coloring, sugar or sweetener, is available in mini-capsules. They can be swallowed from the age of 6 or opened to mix their contents into a cold or warm drink, compote or yogurt.
How should I give the HEALTHY ROUTINE PACK supplements to my child?
The Kids Multi Complex comes in chewable tablets made from organic almond powder, specially designed for children. The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day. If your child prefers not to chew the tablets, you can grind them into powder and mix them with yogurt or any other food.
The Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 comes in drop form with a pipette for precise dosing. To use it, simply place the recommended number of drops directly onto a spoon or into your child’s mouth. Thanks to its mild, subtle flavor of organic olive oil, children accept it easily. You can also add the drops to their food, such as yogurt, applesauce, or a meal.
The Kids 10 Billion Probiotics is a dietary supplement specially designed for children. Presented in the form of easy-to-swallow mini-capsules, it contributes to the balance of intestinal flora from an early age. The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, ideally to be taken on an empty stomach, between 15 and 30 minutes before breakfast. Suitable for children from 6 years old: the capsule can be swallowed with water or opened to be mixed with compote, yogurt, or a cold/warm drink. Its neutral taste and no additives make it a practical ally for supporting the microbiota and digestive well-being of children

The Kids Multi Complex is a dietary supplement suitable for children, to be used every day, all year round. Thanks to its specific formulation, it provides optimal nutritional support by filling any nutritional gaps, while respecting the body's natural balance. Carefully developed, it helps maintain vitality and reinforce the essential nutrients for your child's healthy development.
The Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 can be taken daily from September to April, or year-round in case of insufficient sun exposure.
The Kids 10 Billion Probiotics is a probiotic supplement suitable for children from the age of 1. Easy to use, it comes in mini-capsules. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day: to be swallowed from the age of 6 or opened to mix its contents into a cold or warm drink, compote, or yogurt. Thanks to its neutral taste and the absence of flavors, sugars, or sweeteners, it is easily integrated into the daily diet. A course of 1 to 3 months is recommended to effectively support the intestinal microbiota and promote harmonious digestion in children, while supporting their immunity.
Can I give the products from the HEALTHY ROUTINE PACK to my child under 3 years old?
Our food supplements for children are suitable for different ages and needs:
- Our Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 can be given to your child from the age of 1. Before this age, it is recommended to consult your doctor or a healthcare professional.
- The Kids 10 Billion Probiotics can be used from the age of 1. The mini-capsule can be opened and mixed with a cold/warm drink, compote, or yogurt. From the age of 6, children can swallow it whole.
- Our Kids Multi Complex is not recommended for children under 3 years unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Are the products in the HEALTHY ROUTINE PACK sugar-free?
Our children's supplements are carefully formulated to avoid refined sugars and artificial sweeteners not recommended for children.
Our Kids Vegan Omega-3 and Kids Vit D3+K2 are completely free of sugar and artificial sweeteners.
Our Kids Multi Complex contains no refined sugar. Instead, we use organic coconut blossom sugar, a natural alternative rich in fiber and nutrients, with a low glycemic index. Each chewable tablet provides only 0.2g of coconut blossom sugar, ensuring minimal sugar content while still providing sweetness.
Are the products in the HEALTHY ROUTINE PACK vegan?
Our Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 is 100% vegan. The vitamin D3 is derived from lichen.
As for our Kids Multi Complex and Kids 10 Billion Probiotics , they are suitable for vegetarians, but not for vegans, as they contain vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from lanolin.
Do the products in the HEALTHY ROUTINE PACK contain allergens?
Our children's range has been designed to meet nutritional needs while respecting specific diets:
- Our Kids Multi Complex contains ALMONDS but does not contain gluten, lactose or soy.
- The Kids Vitamin D3 + K2 contains no allergens. Our formula is gluten-free, lactose-free, and soy-free.
- Our Kids 10 Billion Probiotics are also gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free and nut-free, making them easy to incorporate into a varied diet, even in cases of food intolerances.
Can my child take Nuré Nutrition supplements while taking medication?
