Directions for use
Age: From 3 years old (also suitable for the whole family).
Daily dose
Children (from 3 years old): 1 chewable tablet per day.
Adults: 2 chewable tablets per day.
Each box contains 60 chewable tablets.
Usage: Take one chewable tablet per day, ideally at the same time, to easily incorporate it into your child's daily routine. Thanks to the premium liposomal iron Liposovit®, Kids Iron can be taken with or without a meal and offers excellent digestive tolerance. For children under 6 years old, crush the tablet into a fine powder before use.
Our Kids Iron can be combined with other products in the Nuré Nutrition range. As a precaution, we recommend spacing out the intake of iron and other supplements by about two hours. Iron can indeed hinder the proper absorption of certain nutrients such as magnesium or zinc, even though the liposomal form limits these interactions.
Precautions for use: This dietary supplement should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct light. Keep out of reach of young children. ENFIN un fer qui ne contient ni sucre, ni additif et avec une bonne forme de fer. Mon fils manque de fer et celui prescrit par son médecin a une composition qui me posait un vrai problème. I had a hard time finding an iron supplement for children that ticked all the boxes: often, there is a metallic taste that kids dislike, or formulas are loaded with sugar, sweeteners, and additives, including titanium dioxide in some products.

Why does Kids Iron not contain sweeteners?
We have chosen not to use artificial sweeteners (which would allow for a sugar-free label), as they may pose long-term health risks, particularly for children, as highlighted by the World Health Organization (WHO) in its May 2023 report. Instead, we have opted for organic coconut sugar, a natural alternative rich in fiber and nutrients, with a low glycemic index.
Each tablet contains only 0.2 g of coconut sugar, offering a low sugar content while providing a subtle touch of sweetness.
